Thank you very much for your reservation at Tyrolean Village Resorts.
Our chalets come with a fully equipped kitchen including a standard size fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans and cutlery. The chalet also comes with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. (You may want to bring some coolers as the fridge is only regular sized) Specialty items like blenders, electric frying pans, measuring cups, hair dryer, ironing board, etc. are not provided.
Each bed comes with 2 pillows and a blanket, you must bring your own sheets and pillow cases. If ordered in advance, bedding can be provided at a cost of $10 per bed. (Chalets that come with the bedding are Units A7 & A8 – 10 bedroom.)
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.

BBQ’s are only provided from May to October, there are no BBQ’s during the winter time. During the winter months a BBQ can be rented if organized ahead of time for $95 + tax for the weekend. During the summer months each chalet has a picnic table on the deck but we recommend you bring some folding chairs so that you can fully enjoy the large decks overlooking the mountains.
Each chalet has a fireplace, either gas or electric.
All major cell phone companies have coverage in the area (Bell, Rogers, Telus)
WIFI Internet access is available in the chalets. The cost is $25 for unlimited usage during your stay. You can arrange this upon check in at the office
The municipality strictly enforces NO PARKING on the streets. If you need additional parking please inquire at the office.
A 40% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The chalet rental fee is non refundable if cancelled within 30 days prior of your arrival date. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival and subsequently cancelled are non refundable. A 3% credit card processing fee will be charged for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT – a $1,500 security deposit is required upon check in. The security deposit is just a pre authorization on a credit card and will expire after your check out, no charges will appear on your credit card, as long as there were no damages or problems during your stay (As per signed rental agreements). If you are arriving after hours, the security Deposit must be processed in advance so that your keys can be picked up at our Security Office.
Your chalet was rented to you based on an understanding of the number of people that will be staying in the chalet. No guests are allowed in the chalet. Violation of this rule will result in loss of your security deposit and possible eviction. (Tyrolean Village strictly prohibits any high schools after proms and groups under 21 years of age)
We ask that you please be considerate of your neighbors and observe respectable behaviour. Therefore amplifiers and high volume sound systems are not permitted. All music/noise must be kept at a reasonable level inside the cottage. The management reserves the right to evict tenants for disruptive behaviour.
Before leaving your cottage, please make sure you have left nothing of value. We cannot be responsible for these items. Please also close all windows, turn off all lights, clean all your dishes and put them away and return all furniture to its original place. Please bag all your garbage and drop off at the garbage bins beside the Volleyball courts on Tyrolean Lane.
A cleaning charge will be deducted from your security deposit if the cottage has not been left in a satisfactory condition.
Tyrolean Village Resorts is a pet friendly resort. Any mess or hairs left behind as a result of a pet will result in an automatic, minimum $150 cleaning charge. We recommend you bring a small vacuum to clean up after your pet. There is no charge for pets but we expect the chalet to be left without any mess from a pet (pet hair especially).
CHECK IN time is 4:00 PM on the day or arrival and CHECK OUT is 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you wish to make alternative arrangements regarding these times please inquire at the office. Based on availability a late check out until 3:30 PM can be arranged for an additional $50 fee. Upon check out please bring all keys to the office.
