The Georgian Trail

A 34 km trail following the old rail road route of the original Northern Railway. Great for hiking, biking and cross-country skiing.

This stunning trail is stretching from Collingwood's Harbourview Park to the waterfront in Meaford. The trail cuts through some of the region's best features, the mountain, waterfront, apple orchards and beaches.

A Breathtaking World of Adventure in Nature!

Set within one of Canada's sixteen UNESCO biosphere reserves, lies Scenic Caves Nordic Centre - a spectacular winter playground. Glide along with our 27km groomed trail network by cross country ski or hike by snowshoe on 10km of trails, including our Suspension Footbridge!

Many native species call our 200-year-old forest home and await your arrival. A wide variety of birds including winter owls, deer, rabbits and other wildlife can be seen during any given winter visit. Rentals, lessons, warm-up chalet, snack bar, guided night hikes.
