Which chalets work best for a group ski trip at Blue Mountain?
Tyrolean Village sits at the base of Blue Mountain, a 7 to 10 minute walk from the ski hills or a 1 to 2 minute drive. Every chalet has a fireplace for après, our 8-bedroom chalet and three luxury chalets add private hot tubs, and they range from a 4-bedroom cottage for 8 to 10 skiers up to our three side-by-side luxury chalets for 42. They aren’t ski-in, ski-out, but you won’t need to drive anywhere to ski.
Close to the lifts, and to the Village
Blue Mountain is Ontario’s largest ski resort, and Tyrolean Village is at its base. You’re a short walk from the ski hills, and Blue Mountain Village, with its 25-plus restaurants, bars and shops, is 10 to 20 minutes on foot depending on your chalet. Park once when you arrive and walk everywhere for the weekend.

Beyond the downhill
Not everyone in the group needs to ski all day. Cross-country skiing at Highlands Nordic and on the Georgian Trail is close by, along with snowshoeing, skating and tubing, and the Scandinave Spa is a short drive away. See our winter activities page for more.
Booking a ski weekend
Check-in is between 4 PM and 7 PM and checkout is at 11 AM. The minimum stay is 2 nights, and 3 over holiday weekends. Christmas, New Year’s, Family Day and March Break book first, so reserve those as early as you can. Booking direct means no platform fees.
