Which Blue Mountain chalets fit a group of 20 or more?
For 20 guests under one roof, book our 8-bedroom stand-alone chalet (#54), which sleeps 20. For bigger groups, our three matching 7-bedroom luxury chalets sit side by side on Arlberg Crescent and sleep 14 each: two sleep 28, and all three sleep 42. Every one has a private hot tub and is a 7 to 10 minute walk from the ski hills.
One roof for 20: the 8-bedroom chalet
Chalet #54 is a stand-alone, three-level chalet with 8 bedrooms, 15 beds and 3 baths, and it sleeps up to 20. It has a private hot tub, an indoor cedar sauna, a fireplace and a rec room with a ping pong table, plus free parking for 8 vehicles. The ski hills are a 7 to 10 minute walk away, and Blue Mountain Village is about 15 to 20 minutes on foot.
Side by side for 28 to 42: the luxury chalets
Our three newly built luxury chalets (A15, A16 and A17) are matching 5,000 sq ft homes next to each other on Arlberg Crescent. Each has 7 bedrooms, 14 beds and 6.5 to 7.5 baths, sleeps 14, and comes with a private hot tub, fireplace, BBQ and ping pong table. Book two for up to 28 guests or all three for up to 42. Each family or team gets its own house, and everyone is steps from the next door.

Pets are welcome in chalet #54 and in our 4-bedroom cottages and apartment. The luxury chalets are pet-free.
Is there a limit on guests?
Yes. Each chalet has a maximum: 20 for #54 and 14 for each luxury chalet. Additional guests or visitors beyond the booking aren’t allowed.
