How much does it cost to rent a chalet at Blue Mountain?
At Tyrolean, a 4-bedroom cottage runs from about $300 a night midweek to about $750 on a weekend, and our 7-bedroom luxury chalets run from about $1,100 to $2,000, with holiday dates higher. Split across a full group, that usually works out to about $40 to $140 per person per night, before HST and the municipal accommodation tax.

What changes the price
Weekends cost more than midweek, and the biggest weeks are Christmas to New Year’s, Family Day weekend and March Break. The minimum stay is 2 nights, and 3 nights over holiday periods. Midweek stays in fall and spring are the best value of the year.
What’s included, and what’s extra
Every chalet comes with a full kitchen, a fireplace, Wi-Fi and free parking, and summer guests get our private beach on Georgian Bay. Chalet #54 and the three luxury chalets add a private hot tub. There’s no separate cleaning fee on our quotes.
On top of the nightly rate you’ll pay HST (13%) and the municipal accommodation tax. A $1,500 security deposit is taken at check-in and held against damage. Beds come with pillows and comforters, but you bring your own bed linens, pillowcases and towels. A late checkout until 3 PM can sometimes be arranged for $50 plus tax. A chalet or a hotel for a group?
When we checked in September 2026, hotel rooms at Blue Mountain were listing at about $280 to $320 a night for two people. A weekend in chalet #54 at about $1,600 for up to 20 guests comes to about $80 per person, with a kitchen, hot tub and sauna included and everyone under one roof.
