Are there pet-friendly chalets at Blue Mountain?
Yes. Our Swiss-style chalets welcome pets, including the 8-bedroom chalet #54 (sleeps 20), our two 4-bedroom cottages (sleep 10) and our 4-bedroom apartment (sleeps 8). There’s no pet fee. We only ask that you leave the chalet free of pet hair and mess; otherwise a cleaning charge of at least $150 applies. Our luxury chalets are pet-free.

Every pet-friendly chalet has a fireplace and a full kitchen, chalet #54 adds a private hot tub and sauna, and all of them are a short walk from the ski hills and Blue Mountain Village.
The pet policy, in plain words
There’s no charge for bringing your pet. What we ask is simple: leave the chalet the way you found it. Any mess or pet hair left behind means an automatic cleaning charge of at least $150, so we recommend bringing a small vacuum. Let us know you’re bringing a pet when you book, in the pets field on the booking form or by phone. The full policy is on our rental information page.
Dog-friendly things to do nearby
The Blue Mountains is good dog country. The Georgian Trail runs 34 km through the area along Georgian Bay, and the Bruce Trail follows the escarpment above Blue Mountain. Keep dogs leashed on the trails, and pack a towel for the snow in winter.
